Today I was driving somewhere in south on a main road and there was this homeless guy walking on the other side of the road carrying a crocus bag of glass bottles. Suddenly, the bag slipped from his hand and fell and most of the bottles were shattered. He then bent down to clean up the broken pieces.

I was very much hurt when I saw this happened. I don’t know why I blogged this.

Weird.

I just had a peculiar, yet to some extent, regular flash of self-consciousness. I was trying to find a recipe for a good Trini Sponge Cake so I googled it. I typed into the search text box that all knows can do a million different things with just the right text. The keywords were “birthday sponge cake trinidad” and the 4th entry down was my own damn blog!

Strange…

(So, I went and read what I wrote and it didn’t even answer my question. Sigh.)

Some reasons…

1. I can no longer use the excuse “sorry my phone didnt ring at all, I didnt get your call…”

2. I can no longer say “I sent you a text since yesterday, didn’t you get it yet?”

3. I can no longer say “but I was trying to call you but you didnt answer.”

4. I can no longer make free calls at 2 am when the cell network breaks down.

5. I can no longer call Customer Service and vent my anger….

oh sigh…
