Eureka! Mosquito travels at 100 km/h!
You know sometimes you have one of those moments where you browse the Internet and come across an interesting blog article (like this one) and it changes your entire life, especially your way of thinking? Well this is not one of those moments.
I was driving up the highway on a cold rainy morning on my way to somewhere listening to the Parliament on 96.7 FM. All the windows were up and I was going at a speed of about 100 km/h. There was this mosquito simple wandering around inside the car. Then I had one of the Eureka! Einstein moments.
What if I came up to you and told you I can prove that I saw a mosquito traveling at 100 km/h? Technically, I’m not wrong. Relative to the outside surroundings, the mosquito (who I shall call Frank) was really moving at 100 km/h. As Frank zipped forward, it probably hit a speed of 101 km/h. Unknowing to Frank, he was really inside a car that was actually traveling at 100 km/h. So Frankie was gunning it up the highway X to board. Its amazing the things that can cross your mind when you drive on the highway. Do I win some prize or something for this proof?
